Objectives of OCC new leader workshops:
- Maximising the potential of identified young leaders in the organisation, and
- Enhancing the team playing capacity of these employees by supporting their individual development, as well as
- Creating optimal conditions for retaining such capacity through the following objectives;
- Identifying and validating unique attributes of identified leaders
- Identifying and exploring blocks to developing individuals’ full potential
- Participants to develop a unique personal dream visualizing themselves functioning at their full potential
- Identify how these contribute to the team and the organization
- Develop a shared unique dream for the organization functional at its optimal potential
- Identify how each member of the group will benefit and contribute to such a dream
