The drive and inspiration behind Organisational Culture Consulting (OCC) is Hanna Kotze.
She has worked in corporate and clinical settings for more than 30 years. She has qualifications in group relations management from ISLA (Institute for the Study of Leadership and Authority) as well as the Tavistock Institute (UK).
Hanna’s clinical practice includes therapeutic, trauma and grief work with individuals, couples and families as well as Employee Wellbeing consultation. As such she provides both short and long term therapy from a systemic and psychoanalytical perspective.
Diversity:
Hanna has consulted at RIDE (Robben Island Diversity Experience) annually since 2001, six of these in the role of Director of the Advanced Group. RIDE is a six day diversity experience, hosted and presented on Robben Island by TDCI to senior and middle managers from both the private and public sectors internationally. Members are drawn from companies such as SANRAL, National Treasury, National Reserve Bank, National Departments of Agriculture, Water Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Unisa, Momentum Life, Old Mutual, Gauteng Department of Education, Vodacom, Sasol, Anglo Gold, Harmony Mines and ABSA.
